Using A Vintage Metal Candy Rack To Display Old Photographs For Sale In Your Antique Shop

Lots Of Photo Fun When You Use An Old Metal Candy Rack To Display Vintage Photographs

Here is a kitschy idea that I spotted at Burlington Inn Antiques in Burlington, Connecticut. The gals at this Multi-dealer shop on Route 4 took a old metal candy rack and loaded it with vintage photographs they are selling. What i llike about this idea is the mis-match of the items for sale and the display rack being used. This type of presentation confuses the shopper and created interest so that you stop and look at the items for sale.

Keeping Old Photographs Organized

The neat part of this idea is that there are compartments which make it very easy to display your old photos which are of different sizes. Everything stays neat and organized which is always a help when you selling paper items.

In another post I did, I mentioned how at The Collinsville Antiques Company of New Hartford, CT. took a large vintage candy rack and used it to display free magazines, event announcements and other promotional material that you generally find at the counter or in the front of a store.
