Using Vintage Tablecloths To Skirt Around an Old Sink

I had to share with you this darling photo of a cottage style kitchen with an old sink that is skirted with vintage tablecloths. Often you can find tablecloths called "cutters" which are damaged and suitable for sewing projects. For smaller sinks such as in a bathroom, you can use one tablecloth. Here several pieces of different tablecloth remnants are used. Look how the bricks behind the sink are painted a bright Sunflower yellow. The yellow picks up the color in several of the tablecloths which are draped around this terrific deep sink.
