Vintage Scrabble Sets Re-assembled Into Personalized Works of Art

Scrabble Collage Is A Unique Holiday Or Special Gift

If you are a Scrabble maven, you may really like this "Personalized Scrabble Word Collage" art-gift  I came across at a Craft Show in Avon, CT. Kate Smith, the artist collects dozens and dozens of old scrabble sets and creates a special board which is re-purposed into a work of art to give as a one of a kind gift.  Kate arranges the scrabble tiles with the important milestones, names, locations, college, hobbies, interests which represent that special person you are honoring.

What was so special about Kate's exhibit of sample work was how many different scrabble boards she has collected. And I guess if you are missing a particular letter in your own set...I bet Kate has it!
